Shipping information: All containers are "special" poly-plastic with pop-up (PC) applicators except in bulk 16 oz. and larger. Bulk containers larger than 5 gallons available on specialorder. UPS or other local transportation means will be used unless otherwise specified. Utah residents must add Utah sales tax. Call or e-mail for shipping on 4 or 5 gallon bulk, or out of continental U.S. Shipping cost: It has always been our policy to charge a reasonable and fair shipping cost that is as close to our actual incurred cost as possible. For orders within the continental United States, the shipping cost quoted on our web site represents our best estimate of our actual cost. As a practical matter, if our actual cost is within $2.00 (up or down) of this cost, we will process the order using the quoted amount. If the cost exceeds the quoted amount by more than this (including orders placed on our web site outside of the continental U.S.), we will e-mail you the revised amount and ask for your authorization prior to shipping the ordered product and prior to any credit card authorization. A 10% fee (not to exceed $20.00) will apply for any required custom forms relating to international shipments. Returns policy: Within 30 days from the date of purchase if you are for any reason not satisfied with a product purchased directly from us, simply call us at 801-569-2763 or send us an e-mail to prolix@prolixlubricant.com and reference your original order number. We will provide you with a return authorization number. The items returned (in the case of lubricant, the unused portion) must then be shipped to us (purchaser must pay for all shipping costs) and upon receipt we will provide a refund using the same method as the original form of payment!
